What could be better than relaxing on a hot day with a glass of icy Raspberry Gin and tonic. Best drunk through a straw.
Raspberry Gin Slush
Pour 1 cup of gin into a freezable container.
Add 2 – 3 cups cold water and ¼ cup raspberry tonic syrup.
Put in the freezer for 2 hours then break up with a fork and return to the freezer until needed.
When you’re ready for your drink, scoop the slushy iced gin into a glass, pour over a measure of Slamseys Raspberry Gin.
Plop a raspberry on top.
Suck through a straw.
